Inaugurated on May 25, 1999, it is named after the poet from Puçol, Josep Maria Ribelles i Llobat, and features multiple species of trees.

It houses the municipal library, a café-restaurant, and multipurpose educational rooms where dance, music, and visual arts classes are held. Meetings and exhibitions are also organized there. The cinema, auditorium, and theater are located in the basement beneath the plaza.

It includes an indoor swimming pool, four tennis courts, four frontenis courts, an athletics track, a football pitch, multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, handball, futsal), a galotxa court, and an indoor sports hall where various indoor sports, rhythmic gymnastics, and squash, among others, are practiced. It also has a bar/cafeteria. The municipality received the Valencia Provincial Council Sports Award in 2001.
La Barraca Social Space

It houses the Adult Education Center (EPA), as well as the town's two women's associations: Col·lectiu de Dones and Mujeres Tyrius. Furthermore, with its well-equipped kitchen and oven, it is frequently used for cooking, hospitality, and even pottery courses.
It has a large hall that serves as a stage for exhibitions of all kinds (mainly photography) and for events of different local groups such as: the presentation of the festival book, the launch of the Gran Fondo of the Puçol Athletics Club, talks organized by political parties and electoral events, and even screenings and workshops are organized.

This multipurpose space includes various municipal services: on the one hand, theEmployment Agency(office to handle issues related to unemployment and job searching); on the other hand, theLocal Employment and Development Agency(dedicated to economic promotion and employment); the third service is theMunicipal Toy Library(which children can attend from Monday to Friday, after prior registration); also, theMartínez Coll Day CenterThe project is aimed at school-age youth who are struggling to keep up with their studies and are in a vulnerable situation.
Finally, the premises have a computer room with Internet access which is also used for online classes of the training courses taught in the town.

Multipurpose space consisting of two buildings and a large parking area in its surroundings.
The larger one, green in color, includes a large auditorium used for concerts, Fallas presentations, parties, training courses, workshops and cultural events.
The smallest one, blue in color, has a study room with extended hours during exam periods; an approved training room for official courses and, soon, a second library for the town, as a complement to the one located in the House of Culture.

José Claramunt municipal soccer field

Inaugurated in 1999, it bears the name of Puçol's most famous footballer, who played for Valencia CF and captained the Spanish National Team during the 1970s. In the square next to the stadium, a statue stands as a tribute from the people of Puçol to the athlete. This pitch is the home of Unión Deportiva Puçol and its football academy, which includes teams ranging from pre-Benjamin to veterans: around 300 players participate in the academy each season.

Since the opening of the new José Claramunt municipal stadium with artificial turf, the old stadium has taken on a supporting role for various recreational and festive events. The Bullfighting Week is held there at the end of June, and it also serves as the venue for horse-pulling competitions and equestrian activities organized by the Sant Antoni Association. Occasionally, it has also been used for musical performances and other events.
