Articles 16 and 17 of Law 15/2018, of June 7, on the
Generalitat, for tourism, leisure and hospitality of the
Comunitat Valenciana (DOGV no. 8313).
a)Respect the traditions and social and cultural practices of tourist destinations, as well as their richness and value.
b)Respect the environment, historical and cultural heritage, and tourist resources.
c)Pay for the contracted services, either at the time of presentation of the invoice or at the time, place and manner agreed, without the fact of filing a claim or complaint implying, in any case, the exemption from payment.
d)Respect the agreed date and time of departure from the accommodation, leaving the occupied accommodation free.
e)Observe the rules of respect, education, social coexistence, clothing and hygiene for the proper use of tourist establishments and services.
f)Respect the facilities and equipment of tourist establishments and businesses.
g)Respect the internal regulations of tourist establishments, the schedules and the rules of conduct of the places to visit and where tourist activities are carried out.
a)To receive objective, truthful information about services and final prices. And to be protected against misleading information or advertising.
b)Obtain documents that prove the terms of your contract.
c)Receive the services under the conditions offered.
d)Enjoy accessible spaces, infrastructure and services.
e)Free access to tourist establishments and services.
f)That establishments comply with regulations on safety and fire protection, as well as those specific to tourism.
g)To be informed about facilities/services that may pose a risk and the safety measures adopted in this regard.
h)Receive an invoice/proof of payment for the service.
i)To file complaints and claims and obtain information on the submission procedure and its treatment, being able to resort to an out-of-court dispute resolution system through mediation and arbitration.
j)Resort to arbitration for the out-of-court resolution of their disputes.
k)Require that the following information be publicly displayed: establishment classification, capacity, and prices.
